By the way, i'm way more into the one with the attached cable. I like the grille better (looks like a C37-cute!), and i like the stand mount on it better. I know it seems petty, but i like it better, aesthetically.

Plus, I'll just have to get more mic cables for these anyways. And when i do, I'll just snip the attached cable to 4", put a new connector on it (neutrik, if i'm good enough), and make two "emergency" mic cables from the surplus. That's how i'd like to play it.

Lots of unknowns here in regard to the mic we will be offered. Let's wait and see. Personally, I'm not going to make a big issue out of the cabling choice, but am still a little scared by the mics being branded with some goofy name.. Let's keep it simple. How about no name at all? Might get the mics to us a week earlier that way too.

JUST CURIOUS
SINCE THIS IS LOOKING LIKE IT IS GOING TO GO OVER 200 pairs DOES THAT MEAN A EVEN BIGGER DISCOUNT IS POSSIBLE????? WORTH LOOKING INTO
THIS IS A GREAT IDEA IF IT PANS OUT
