i have a question. there is another group buy going on where there is a case, removable cable and bag included. do these mics have the removable cable? i understand that some versions do and others dont. im really interested in the buy but id like to just know these few details

Check the other threads...

A summary: there are two of these mics - one with cable attached, one with cable not attached. The one with the cable attached is a known quantity - it is the mic that everyone has been comparing it to, and of which rebranded owners have been posting about. The one without the attached cable is an unknown quantitiy - although the electronics are presumably identical, the housing is different, which will shape it's sound. Presumably is the operative word.

My vote is for the known quantity. I'll take that over a more convenient mic, which is presumably otherwise identical.
