All Roland Manuals Now Online!

Cribbed from the Vintage Synth board:

http://www.rolandus.com/support/product_manual.asp

If you've ever tried to find a manual for a Roland product, you have known the deepest frustration. That frustration is now over.

I honestly can't believe it.

Wow thats cool, thanks for the link. I might even download some of the older ones like the tr909 just to see how they worked since I have never owned a real one.

Finally! I must have emailed their support group 50 times asking for online manuals. Thanks for the link IR!

Although having to go through the agreement for each manual is a pain in the ass. Whatever, I've got a lot of downloading to do.

see ? right there, that sums up what's wrong with roland. "User friendly" is not in their vocabulary.
I use to have the roland studio pack with a vm3100 pro mixer and the r-bus card.
took me TWO YEARS to get accustomed to that board with it dizzying array of menus and routing and crazy bullshit and the whole "r-bus" thing just pisses me off in general.

ADAT? TDIF? SPDIF? never heard of it, however you can buy our RBUS crap and it will only work with other roland shit, and after all we know what's best for you.

what possible reason would you need to register to read an online manual?

Ditto.

The list isn't quite complete. I hope they'll add more as time goes on.
