Anybody ever use one of these tremolo add-ons...
Click me places
It looks really cool and I was wondering if anybody had any experience with one. And no, I don't work for them, just came across it looking for tremolo pedals.

It looks cool, and I am a fan of temelo, but, I gotta say that is a lot of dollars just for temelo. There are stomp boxes out there that have tremelo in them. Many amps now have digital tremelo in them. My Behringer amp has fantastic tremelo in it.

i dunno about it being too expensive....
a fulltone or demeter is about $200 ( i have them both, and they are both great). this deal is cool as it actually puts the trem in the "right" spot of the signal path rather than before the amps first gain stage like a pedal. you could probably get pretty close with a high quality pedal in an effects loop, but then again, the kinda amp that a trem freak would probably use wouldn't have a loop.
seems cool though. i'd like to hear one...

i know we aren't in a guitar forum here. but for my money the dunlop ts-1 is a great tremolo. more linear than old school tube amps yes, but VERY similar to the cesar diaz tremodillo and an excellent performer for the price. stereo stompbox. simple, effective, $120 on ebay, done.

I've been wondering about those for a while, they're extremely sexy...
Of course, considering that I already own a Tremulator (mmm) and my main amp is about to become a Silvertone 1484 as soon as UPS shows up, I'm not really hurting for tremolo.

Re: Anybody ever use one of these tremolo add-ons...
My first new guitar amp (Teisco Checkmate 17) had tremelo in it, I just happened to have bought one on ebay this week, just like the one I had in the 60s. I have liked tremelo for years, and I gotta tell you, it is not that critical a thing especially once it is on tape. I really cannot hear the difference in the source of the Tremelo, other than perhaps the way that it drops out and comes back in, I have one cheap trem pedal that is not that good. But, every other way I have gotten it has sounded just fine. OIf course, I am talking about to use as a guitar effect, if you are using it for vocal tricks or some other instrument, this may not be true.
