Seeing the live MTV performance of "November Rain" with Elton John convinced me that GNR was dead, although about half the songs on the Illusion CD's were bad ("Get in the Ring", anyone? "The Garden"?)

But I must admit I laughed hysterically when Axel climbed on the piano and did his "snake dance" for Elton, who probably went home and spanked hard.

My girlfriend isn't very musically-inclined, but she always refers to something that's WAY overdone as "November Rain." My other favorite term of hers is "Manilowdramatic."

she is sooo not my girlfriend I cant even pronounce her damn name. But youre still jealous.

this is getting off topic.

how do you stand in front of someone like stephanie seymour and somehow put your fist into her face with great force? Thats so fucked.

that is somehow axel's greatest achievement, assaulting a supermodel.

please tell me you arent comparing stephanie seymour to pamela anderson? There are big differences even though both were in playboy and dated musicians. At least Pam picked one that could rock, holy hell.

As an aside, my new girlfriend is better than the both of them put together and you are so jealous.

No, I'm comparing Axel Rose to Tommy Lee in terms of assaulting supermodels.

I'm SO not jealous. Jealous of your mic collection, maybe...

To clarify: PLA is not a supermodel. Stephanie Seymour is.

You can be jealous of my mic collection if you want, but none of my mics will whisper the sounds of the czech republic in your ear which I know you are jealous about. I dont have the crazy rare russian mic, my collection is worthless in comparison.

Question: Would crossing the line and dating axel be worth it if you could beat him?

What about Heather Locklear?

I'm definitely jealous of your console. Mostly because it was cheap, not because it whispers anything. You're the only person using that console, right?

Excellent question. I'd have to think about that one. Beating Axel has been a lifelong dream. At least since about '88 or so.
