where could I get some white noise?

ya know, to run through a gate and trigger with a snare or vocal or somethin? where do people get it so they can do things like that?

anything with a Behringer logo.
























ouch. just kidding.
There are some nifty plugins for this, if you can use it. There are also oscillators too. maybe someone could give u a recommendation but I know they exist

yea, i like that trick... also, i find it pretty interesting to use noise, but not pure white noise. like, just turn your TV to not a station, mic it. or a miced fan thru a distortion pedal.

I don't suppose you have access to Spectrasonics' Atmosphere virtual synth...? Pink noise, white noise, various and sundry tone generators...

tune your radio or tv (non-cable) to where there's no station. you get the residual effects of the big bang that way too.

nice full size .wav's 10MB or so each. i keep these on my iPod and laptop for ease of use here there and everywhere. a simple tool...
