i'm trying to find a good, LOUD keyboard amp to hook my laptop up to when i play live. i thought about getting a whole PA rig, but i'm just not into carrying all that stuff. a friend who has a similar setup uses an old peavey keyboard amp and it works great. i just wanted to pick y'all's brains and see what amps you guys like for keyboards/electronics (anything but roland amps..... they blow up too easily in my opinion). any advice?
Thanks!

Re: advice for live monitoring
I just bought a Kustom keyboard/mix amp, and it's working pretty well for me. If you do find and buy one, definitely burn it in... there seems to be QC issues for some folks, but mine has worked great.

Self-powered PA speakers are fairly common these days - you might look for one of the Yorkville ones.
