I dont know. I dont think anyone is 'born' with anything. some people just have an amazing ability to learn really quickly. To me that is what real talent is, to pick up on something really quickly and efficiently. My friend got a 1600 on the SAT, finished school with a 100 average and also played like 3 instruments quite well! Thats becuase of his talent to learn quickly, IMO

It's as natural as a teenager's need to rebel.
They think they are doing something new, but teenagers have been doing exactly the same thing since the time of Aristotle(who fist wrote about it.) They do it naturally and without outward forces.

Everyone has a talent.

most old bands that people fiend over are filled with people, who were kids, who didnt improve at all over their careers, they were THAT good out of the gate. If it wasnt for people "just being able to do something" the entire world would be learning how to play drums like bonham, write like hs Thompson, paint like monet or structure business dealings like bill gates. Not all tall people are good at basketball, you know.

Well, I've never encountered anyone who, say, sat down at a piano the first time he saw one and knocked out something brilliant, but I'd certainly say that a person can have so much inherant aptitude at a certain subject or task that they were essentially born with it.

There are, simply put, large differences between individuals, and these differences can make them predisposed towards excellence in a certain field, or with a certain instrument, or at a sport or so forth.

Charisma = using autotune and beat detective routinely.(used to be "using the guide vocal instead of the artists vocal, hee hee)
Different venues require different levels of charisma but no venue requires a lack of talent, hence, both are necessary to get your musical point across with vigor face to face.
Ashley Simpson had neither. A great bod isn't charisma, the willingness to blow the ugliest screw in the room to get a head with an enthusiastic smile might be.
