I'm crying...

I'm sorry, maybe this should have been under "off-topic," deal with this as it must be dealt with. but it does have to do with recording...

Uh oh...Larry's got competition.

The sad thing is that I think he may have spent more on foam than gear.

This pic is priceless....and he's a Yankees fan. Ha!

More on all that foam: those spaces must be so low-end biased, so top-end dead, that no-one could get a sound in there that wasn't some kind of boomy. Doh!

Poor guy. At least it's not a website, but merely a Craigslist classified...

I was scrolling along blissfully having a nice chuckle at this guy's expense, and then I stumbled onto that pic.

I just about shit my pants. I don't know if it was fear or amusement, but I nearly lost it. That dude is READY TO ROCK YOU!!! Anyone can see he's as serious as sin.

I think he needs another layer of foam on those walls around the v-drums.

Yeah, with a layer of foam round the outputs so you can't get a cable in there, you wouldn't want to actually hear anything from those bastards.

My favorite part besides the pic is the name "The Katz Meow"

I didn't know Bob Katz was in Portand! :-) He looks different than I thought he would.

Well shit, with competition like that, I guess it's time for me to throw in the old towel.
I mean, this guy is SERIOUS.

I must confess, I'm pretty into that spiked tongue sweatshirt.

Hey, everyone has their own style. you snots. maybe it is, in fact, a good idea to mix right next to a huge wall with the monitors on the wall to the left of you. watch, next issue of tape op andy hong will be raving about it...
