what's the perfect humidity rate in a control room?

what's the perfect humidity rate in a control room?

in order to protect electronic gear, and also instruments, as much as possible from humidity and dryness, what humidity rate is best, theoretically? 50%? 60%

Good question...anyone?

Things have been a little sticky in my basement this summer and I'm starting to notice that my trusty Soundcraft TS-12 is acting a little funny. Funny like Bob Saget not like Steve Martin.
