Holy shit...I'm in shock.
I recently became a fan after reading the Tape Op interview in their book...
I bought Either/Or the next day and have the utmost respect for Elliot.
Sad.
Shit...
Best,
Jeff

stabbed himself in the chest, that is very sad: I wonder if it was in the heart, not that it matters, but it would make it more poetic.

Being completly devestated the last few days, I believe Mr. Drake said it best when he said:
"Fruit tree, fruit tree no one knows you but the rain and the air.
Don't you worry they'll stand and stare when you're gone.
Fruit tree, fruit tree open your eyes to another year.
They'll all know that you were here when you're gone."

Thank You Elliott- You truly were too beautiful for this world!

Dear Elliott,

Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Rage, rage against the dying of the light. - Dylan Thomas

Let's not be sad.

"His music will feel very different to us now."

I don't want it to feel different. Every time I hear the old songs they will have a totally different effect on me, knowing that he's dead.

What do you know about the album that was coming out? Is it still going to be released?
