ADK Mic?

Post by E-Lo » Thu Oct 30, 2003 7:17 am

Anyone have any experience or opinions in regards to these microphones? Particularily the "lower-mid" range models.

i've come to take the opinions of this board in high regard (did i say that right?)

thanks in advance

I have a pair of the 51-TL's, and I rather like them. I refer to them as my "Swiss Army Knife" mics because they seem to work well in a wide variety of applications.

Hope this helps.

i have an a-51 mic and use it for vocals and some acoustic guitar. I love it. I don't have a huge mic collection, but i have a few and this one constantly gets used. If you want to hear it check out the vocals on these mp3s. Just so you know the chain, i ran the adk into a dbx 376 and into my computer. all the eq and compression was done with the dbx.

crap, i just checked my site and it's down for some reason. check back in a day or two if you want to hear them. I have to figure out why comcast sucks this time.
