Got my studio building!!!!

Today I signed a two year lease on a small space to start my studio in!!!..I'm the happiest guy on earth....and the most nervous. I'm sure many of you have already done this, and I have too....just not on my own. Thanks for listening.

i feel you man, i just dropped everything i was doin(in NYC) and opened a studio(in PA) with a friend about a month or so ago and i feel like pooing myself sometimes. Other times i feel like POOing myself...Na means

Hands down best thing I have ever done.(and it goes smoother with a issue of tapeop)

a couple of Studio Projects B1's
a bunch of 57's and 58's
and some other odds and ends.

Basic stuff, but you've got to start somewhere...right?

Congratulations! I love that feeling. The first day the contruction started on my place, and all the workers are running around, and all the trucks were delivering building supplies, I was in heaven. I will never forget that day as long as I live.

Hey -Josephratf-where in PA? I am in Harrisburg (but not in the hood).


I had a girl beg me to sign her contract with her record label yesterday (Halloween) becuase it is like this big dark sort-of goth album. Good karma to start.
