ebay. but it was probably two years ago. still, if you keep looking, i'm sure you can find one for under $200.

on the fastest attack it is quick-totally squash any transients-it has a nice grainy distorted sound if you overload it's input. i use it to level out vocals when i want that no dynamics sound. can make it pump easy on drum oheads. i'd say $200 is a fair price. it is a nice flavor to have.

someone offered me $450 for a pair... without the transformer outputs. how could i work him down to $400? is $450 unfair?
