Hill Audio Mixing Console

Post by rockstudio » Mon Dec 15, 2003 5:09 pm

hey! I have an old Hill audio limited mixing desk and I really need a manual or any info on it! It is a 16 channel, 16 monitor, 8 subgroup J series or J 3 Series desk, with meter bridge. This thing is totally sweet, but getting a little scratchy and I need a manual and schematic. Thanks for any help!

Do any of these schematics look right for the Hill model you have?

http://www.musicparts.com/hillaudio.html

I just today downloaded my Hill Multimix service manual from this place, as an acrobat file. The service manual has all the schematics. You have to pay, unfortunately.

Have you tried searching the net for free schematics?

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the schematics link! I don't think my mixer is among these listed. My Hill is pretty old, 16 full size channel strips, subgroup and monitor section. I have never seen another Hill, I can't find them anywhere! What does your multimix look like?

Yes, I am the master of the 10 month bump.
