You'll write nine of them!Gregg Juke wrote: ↑Mon Mar 30, 2020 5:53 pm
Yeah! I have it in both wrists, but if I switch to Dvorak, will I automatically write better symphonies? That is the question...

Re: Carpal Tunnel Surgery
Late to the party, but wishing you happy hands Nick.
Actually all you guys sound like yer fallin' apart!
it's nothing compared to you guys, but I've got some kind of arthritis in my left forefinger joints from weird angled vibrato and generally squeezing the neck way too tightly back in the day.
(and I never mentioned it on here but I had throat cancer last summer. Beat that f****er)
Anyway, let's all keep the faith and take care. And happy hands for all.

Re: Carpal Tunnel Surgery
Thanks!!!
I am still being careful with both hands. My left one, the dominant, is now exhibiting a little of this.
As the doctor warned it could happen.
But still, what a fantastic difference.

Fuck. Good on you. I just lost my wife to breast cancer. It's a merciless disease. After 5 years of visits to the cancer hospital I've come away feeling like it's coming for all of us. Glad you're ok.shedshrine wrote: ↑Wed Jul 08, 2020 6:54 pm(and I never mentioned it on here but I had throat cancer last summer. Beat that f****er)
Sorry to derail. Nick, glad you're doing well too.
