Prices in Red Hook are climbing fast. If I were looking in the NY area and weren't so stuck on being in Brooklyn, I would look in the Bronx. Maybe even Yonkers.

Sunset Park is awesome, and if I were looking in Brooklyn (and I'll probably have to next year) I would look there.
