Los Angles band - Looking for a small studio

Hi everyone, this is my first post but I've been trolling these forums for quite a while.
I'm in a band based in Los Angeles and we are looking for a studio (home or otherwise) to record a few songs. We have a small budget and would like to do it all in one day. Ideally we would want to be able to record everything live sans vocals. We are drums, bass and 2 guitars with our bass player playing keyboard sometimes.
