I looked at your website - you don't have line-of-sight with the live room? How does that work out? Any complaints from the bands?

Small mounted camera`s and video monitors on both ends maybe?

I`ve seen that before where someone had there live room down stairs and control room unstairs in the living room of the house.

Thanks for the vouching. Mpedrummer taught me most of what I know (I've got a few new tricks). Line of sight isn't much of a problem. We have cameras set up in both rooms that run to the control room, and we can also split the signal to video monitors is the client asks, just like Tailored said. They usually don't ask, for whatever reason. It is nice to see the artist when they can't see you. They never know when you frown at a sour note...
