grand piano in nyc.

Post by crawdad » Thu Jun 29, 2006 8:34 am

i'm looking for a recording studio with a nice grand piano that won't charge me an arm and a leg. they also have to know how to mic it well. i know this may sound insulting but i recently had a bad experience with a poorly miced piano. i'd like to avoid making the same mistake as i am not made of money.

For classical, try here: www.lbrownrecording.com

I used to work with the chief engineer there and he really knows his stuff for classical piano recordings. PM me if you want more info.
