Great Rehearsal Space Available - Park Slope, Brooklyn

Monthly share in amazing location - 10th St. near 2nd Ave. in Brooklyn.

Right near to the 9th Street train stop - F R N M D trains.

Share with a recording studio. You would be the only band rehearsing there.

It's the only studio in the building - no bleed from other bands.

You get two nights per week - you get the keys and you can use your own gear. PA and mics available for your use. Could work out use of a drumkit as well.

$500/month.

Broken down: one night is $250/mo, if you were to use the room for three hours per night, that's about $20/hr, which is better than the price of most studios, plus you're all alone here, no death metal next door. If you use the room for five hours, it's a measly 12.50/hr. Divide that by four band members and you're paying just over THREE dollars an hour.

Days available are Monday - Thursday. Any time. If you need more than two days, we can work something out.

If this sounds up your alley, but have a problem with something, let me know, maybe we can work something out, I'm a nice guy.

This is for serious bands only, not someone who's going to bail after three months.

Oh, it's a nice sized room, too. Very comfortable.

Thanks...
