Looking To Rent a Room in NYC

Have a client looking for a room to rent.

Needs to have the following:
-24hr access and use, no time restrictions
-must be in Manhattan
-built out for a studio, some sound proofing
-having gear is a plus but plan to get our own to move in
-NO SHARES
