Get in touch about this space.
Freelance engineers dream for overdubs. Really. That is why we built this space. The overdub and mix room we wished to exist, now exists! affordable and awesome.

**Skulls, birds, and bloody chunks available upon request. Looks f%^&ng great!
Almost glad we're not reopening now, so I don't have to compete with that.

I hope to see some younger freelance engineers utilizing the space.
That is really what it is for. Top notch gear for a reasonable price that is low enough that you cant ignore it...
I am hoping more people will choose to do the vocal overdubs with a U47 into an avedis pre and a STA-LEVEL and a pultec EQP1r or EQP1 or MEQ5 into some nice converters, because now they can afford it... or all the guitar overdubs, or whatever... the whole mix!!
Get in touch, we are ready for you.

strange weather is great. marc and joel moved into our second space (calling it a B room isn't exactly appropriate when there is an API, an amazing mic locker, and a Joel Hamilton next door....) last month and have done a great job outfitting it. it was fun building a new studio, and then seeing some good friends take it and put a kick ass little overdub/mixing room in it...
anyone interested in strange weather should come check it out. rumor has it that there is an EMT plate coming soon, and combined with my Ekoplate III, and both being on tie lines, the bunker and strange weather have pretty much all the crap you could ever need to make a kick ass record.... come track in the bunker to our studer or radar and our large live room with 2 large isos, then dump all the files (via our network) over to the strange weather computer, and do amazing sounding overdubs with their kick ass mic collection into PTHD!!! SUPER AWESOME RECORDING PARTY!!!
marc and joel are awesome, the studio is awesome. props to our neighbors/partners in crime...
