Studio share in SF Bay Area

I currently share a facility with a group of friends in the East Bay that have a couple bands (San Francisco Bay Area). In the next few months it's very likely that both of those music projects will end and I'll be left with the studio...and the full rent. I'm entertaining a number of ideas so that I can maintain my current studio. One option is to find a fellow like-minded Tape Op reading audio geek to share my studio space.
