Vintage Keyboard Studio Sublet in NYC, May 27-June 3

I'll be out of town and I'd like to offer up my vintage keyboard studio to use while I'm away. The studio is located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Make your dream vintage keyboard record while I'm away!
Recording format is Pro-Tools M-Powered or Logic Studio. Front end is Neve Portico, M-Audio and Apogee Rosetta.
Keyboards include: Fender Rhodes, Wurlitzer Electric Piano, Baldwin Electric Harpsichord, Hammond M3, Leslie 147, Mellotron, Vox Continental, Farfisa Combo Compact, Clavinet D6, Mini Moog, ARP 2600, Moog Little Phatty, ARP Omni 2 and other more esoteric pieces.

My partner would need to use the studio Thursday evening May 28, otherwise the studio is all yours.
Day rate is $500, I'm basically looking to cover expenses, I'd sublet the week for $1500.
