Houston recording studios

Anyone have a good suggestion for a small studio in the Houston area? I have a client out there who wants to put together an EP and I'm trying to find some places in Houston that might work. Initial tracking will just be guitar, drums and scratch vocals, so it doesn't have to be a huge room or anything. Mostly just a place with a decent drum room, iso booth and analog front end at a the lower end of the price spectrum. I'd be engineering, so the pace needs to be freelance friendly. Prefer not to go anywhere that guarantees I get stabbed either. Stabbing of the musicians is negotiable.
