***Very concerned and sorry to hear that Daniel Lanois was in a motorcycle accident and is in intensive care. It sounds as if he is expected to be released soon, and hopefully he will heal quickly and well from his injuries.

Awful news. He is an important and admirable personage, and here's wishing him all the best.
It is interesting to hear that he produced the upcoming Neil Young record.

That's a shame. I've heard him talk about his craft with such infectious and earnest passion. Although I'm not always a fan of the music he produces, I still think he's one of the coolest people in the biz.
Hope he gets well soon.

I can only hope for the best for Mr Lanois. He was really sweet to me and friend at the first Wall to Wall guitar festival, which took place in the center of the universe.

Best wishes to him!
Anybody heard his new band,
Black Dub?
Very cool, with Brian Blade and Trixie Whitley.
There are some very cool youtube vids ...

+1
Brian Blade's
Fellowship changed my life as far as understanding modern jazz recording.
