Howdie fellow Tape Opers!

Vanity Sound will commemorate its first year of making music Thurs November 11th starting at 8pm. If its anything like our opening, it should be a truly great evening. Beverages will be served and music shall be played. Its a great opportunity to meet other great musicians, engineers, and the lay to talk shop, life, whatever.

We are located in the heart of Williamsburg on Metropolitan Ave. Please visit our website: www.vanitysound.com for the address and general info.

...Joel, Fransisco, Matt, John, Mark, Daniel, would love to see you there!

That's cause we now have two! The one in the photo is our second one that we got from JRF after it left the old Hit Factory.

After hearing back from the neighborhood and interwebs, it sounds like there will be alot of great people in attendance. I thought I should also note that Vanity Sound has been needing assistants and/or interns for many sessions and if anyone was interested in the position, swinging by thurs would be a fun way to speak with Joel Arnow or myself about it.

Also its Veterans Day... so, bring your veterans...?

I'm from Norwich in the UK (where I have a studio called Old School Studios), but I'm in NYC at the moment.
I'm hoping to come down to your place on Thursday.
Only thing is, my mum and sister are flying out here to hang out with me for a week, and they arrive about 8pm on Thursday, haha.
So I'm planning on settling my mum in at the apartment when they arrive, and scooting on down to your studio with my sister.
Is it OK to arrive at like 9-10pm?

Jason

I should be able to make it for a little bit, probably on the earlier side of the evening. Looking forward to meeting some more of you in person...
