This is a very cool thing, y'all -- and maybe a great opportunity for a TapeOpper! -- Be the director of a recording studio dedicated to teaching 6-12th graders and Community College students that also doubles as a commercial recording facility.

Absolutely! That's why I'm encouraging the young folk to dig it good.

Sometimes folks are past the moving for any job stage (even a great one), sad as that may be at times (old, married, kids, house payment; business and work connections, band, studio, all fully ensconced in the local area)...

But if you ever open up a satellite school in the western New York area...
