Looking for a live/work space in brooklyn.

I'm looking to rent a small live/work studio in brooklyn. I've been looking for weeks at different rehearsal type spaces and lofts but its really hard to come by places where you can actually live and play music.

I'm looking for something under 1000, but I'll consider looking at anything really.

If anyone knows anything I'd really appreciate it.
