Anybody use online drum track services?
I'm having trouble finding a local drummer that fits stylistically and can cut it when the mics are on for a personal project of mine.
Anybody have any good, bad, or otherwise, experience with online drum track services?

A guy I've worked with in the past, Paul Wertico, should be able to help you with this. He's a grammy nominated cat....top session guy...and can play anything you need. Cost, though, may be an issue. But yes...he does do this and gets killer results!

If you can't afford Paul Wertico, PM or e-mail me (Gregg@MightyNoStars.com); I might be able to help hook you up.
If you can afford Paul Wertico, dad-gum, get him. Big fan (I saw him quite a few times with Pat Metheny), he's a fine player!

I'm happy to help you out, as well. I did a record a few tears ago for a guy here on the board named David Tomaloff called Birds ON Wires. He was so happy with my work that he got me to mix it as well, but I think it came out really cool and his take on it is pretty well-documented here. I'll see if I can find some of the links. I also did some stuff for Adam Sullivan at Great Magnet out in the Napa Valley. He used to post on here a lot.
Here's a couple of threads about David's record:

And then, for some more eclectic stuff, here's a thread about one of my own bands' records:
