from the FAQ:

"Q: What happens if I sign up for a Professional Profile and then stop paying?
A: Log in and If you stop paying, your Professional Profile will revert to a Basic Profile and the updates and corrections you entered will no longer be included in your profile. If you later decide to begin paying again, those updates and corrections will re-appear."

Wow. If that's true, that is super-lame. They should just require that memberships be annual, and then make any and all changes permanent. Otherwise, they'd just be alienating thousands of potential customers. Not to mention being super-shady and unethical.

It is, and it is, and they should, and they are, and they are, and they are.

Apparently they've never heard of "viral marketing" or "offering additional services that would make customers want to keep on using your product."

What a shame - and no wonder this is having such trouble getting off the ground. These guys should know better.
