Looking for Engineers, Producers and/or Bands to share this awesome space in Sunset Park, Brooklyn (41st Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenue)

? 600sqft main/live room w/ 14ft ceilings.
? Generous control room w/ large, angled window into live room.
? Mostly wood and brick, with 6 large windows providing lots of light.
? Small bathroom in space. No central heat/AC - we use portable & industrial units.
? No limits on how much noise you can make or when.
??Everyone who has played here loves the vibe and the sound.

There is a bunch of gear in there now but much of it is leaving with the previous tenants. Some will stay and more will come in with new tenants. How the gear will be shared will be something we all need to work out. I am only looking for responsible, stable, sane folks! No flakes, junkies or lunkheads.

Total rent is 2k/month plus utilities, which can run up around $200 in the cold months. I have some interested parties but I still need a few people to commit to time here. If this sounds at all appealing, email or PM me and we can talk about it. lukievan@mac.com
