Fresno, CA service center

I am considering moving to Fresno, CA and opening up a musical electronics service center there and am wondering if any tape opers in that area have some thoughts.

Is there a market for it, what you think of the service centers there, etc.

I have also considered opening up a small music store or recording studio and am open to suggestions or thoughts from anyone in the area.

Any input at all is much appreciated...
