Regarding number 14, that actually happened to a good friend of mine, when he brought his "vintage" Fender bass to the local GC to try out some amps, and all of the kids were cooing over his "vintage" bass (which is the same one he has always owned, ever since he bought it, ah, brand new "just a couple of years ago").
