Studio closing in Portland, OR - anyone interested in taking over the space?

Hey all,

I'm Josh Powell, owner/operator/engineer at The Map Room recording studio in Portland, OR. We will be closing up shop in November this year. We'd love to see the space continue as a studio. Anyone have any interest in taking over the space? Acoustic treatment and cabling etc available at a very reasonable package cost. Build out cost would be built into new lease payment.
