interesting enough?

i'm always searching for ways to make the song more interesting than it actually is by "tricking out" the mix a bit..this song is an example of what i mean but is it too busy for your ears?
fyi: lo-fi at best
uncompressed and unmastered..i'm just messing with stuff right now.
thanks in advance for your input.

Personally I?d make the ?and I know what you?ll say...? bit more driving (it?s probably just the feel of the guitar) to really break up the dynamic of the song. I think if you make that bit straighter the contrast will make the bit after it sound way more twisted.
The song is totally cool.

i recently got a fulltone ocd that i'm really liking with the ric so i was thinking of putting some of that on the chorus to drive home the point a bit.I?d make the ?and I know what you?ll say...? bit more driving (it?s probably just the feel of the guitar)

You will never make it in the business because you write too well. Great tune. The recording is irrelevent when the song makes you forget about the recording. You just enjoy the tune it and don't analyze it. Dig?
