I'm listening to KUVO.org tonight... and I just wanted to acknowledge them for their stellar work providing jazz over the airwaves in Denver Colorado, and world wide on their web site. These days, non-profits are hurting. Hell, for-profits are hurting. But, these guys have been doing this, and doing it well for many years. I know of no better jazz station anywhere.
They just played John Coltrane "Mr. PC." from Giant Steps 1959. Stunning recording. I could hear the room.
