What to charge for new release?

Answering the original question purely as a MUSIC CONSUMER:

I'm much more likely to buy a $10 - $12 CD, unless I've already heard a chunk of the album and been blown away (the "what album is THAT?" moment). $15 would usually be a dealbreaker, with or without extras.

Not saying $15 isn't fair, just that money's tighter than it used to be.
