This is one of my favorite songs.
Aside from loving the song itself... I love the continuous tom fills during the chorus. I love the pleasant distortion when Darlene and the backups harmonize. I love the creepy "sha la la la la" part.

It's on the Spector boxset. Great, great track. I think I've worn out all the fucking CDs out on that box. What I really love is the sound of the background vocals he used to get. That luvverly ethereal, floating cushion underneath all that fucking noise. Amazing shit.
