2:11 of indie "Down Racer Down"

I listen to all this stuff here and it's crazy. A real education. I'm not sure my vision compares.

This is recorded in my apartment on Akai DPS16, Hamptone JFET and RNC. The bass drum, handclaps and cymbal are SR-16 and the rest is mic'd up. 441, 4040 and CM700.

I'd call it "pop" if we were popular. There's also some "overs" on guitar 2 that I know about. Won't happen again!

other stuff is at myspace.com/maskedsuperstar. Be a friend!

I like the jittery "drumming" and the keith riff, the fuck all attitude. My one suggestion: have the bass play more of an anchor role. Right now it's a little to free ranging.
