Yeah it's all about the I and IV, right? I can't find my recording of the song but when I get out the guitar and play it myself that's what it sounds like.

the beastie boys, 'somethings got to give?" I don't think the bassline changes at all. Maybe kaki king's 'frame', I heard they recorded that by having several guitars tuned differently and just randomly strumming the open strings. It's hard to think of any songs that don't change chords.
