Joanna Newsom's Ys; also Regina Spektor's Begin to Hope

Both are fantastic for gardening while listening on earbuds

Not to say I nessesarily liked it the most, but I probably made my cd player sick of this one. I just love rockin' it loud in the car. I have had to drive to Vegas alone a few times recently and this cd is perfect for it.

Awesome.

Jeff
nah.. I actually see him around town from time to time. I'd be pretty embarrassed if he saw me in one of those shirts. He definitely deserves a fanclub, though.

I actually thought there were a load of good albums in 2006 and some I still listen to regularly are:

The Dust Of Retreat - Margot & The Nuclear So And So's
Let's Get Out Of This Country - Camera Obscura
Avalanche - Sufjan Stevens
The Believer - Rhett Miller
Live A Little - The Pernice Brothers
The Life Pursuit - Belle & Sebastian
Let Me Introduce My Friends - I'm From Barcelona
The Crane Wife - The Decemberists

Sorry I couldn't just put one but I actually do still listen to all of these.
