Listen to Luca Turilli - Zaephyr Skies' Theme for an example of a cool delay on the kick(or whatever that is floating around in the beginning). It works, because of the very open and spacious arrangement.

i actually set up my monitors in an elevator so i can hear how bad the elevation affects my mixes...eye opening results! :wink:
