Hayden - Skyscraper National Park

Going to see Hayden tomorrow, and listening to this album. Particularly the track "Dynamite Walls."

This just sounds so good to me, especially the drums. I think a simple arrangement really helps. Any other Hayden fans here?

Enjoy. His backing band are good friends of mine. They're sounding awesome together.

That CD and that song in particular are among my favorites.

When that CD came out, I was in the middle of recording a band that by some circumstance sounded remarkably like Hayden. I was watching the Dynamite Walls video on Much Music and thinking to myself that the project I was in the middle of was bound to be a smash hit!

I love the simple arrangements and the honest sounding tones on that record.

Unfortunately, the amazing band (Huxley) that I was recording broke up before we mixed the album.
