TADgarden

Post by chris harris » Thu Mar 26, 2009 11:38 am

Soundgarden has always been one of my favorite bands. But, Chris Cornell always irritated me and felt like a bad fit for the band. And, now, he's pretty much decided to flush his legacy down the toilet (Timbaland?!?! )

So, this video of the other three members playing two songs from the first EP and then Spoonman, is pretty awesome. TAD makes them sound as sludgy and doom-y as I always thought that they should.

I'd LOVE to see them reunite, with another singer, for a tour and some new music.

Wow!

I wouldnt pay to see a reunited Soundgarden (mainly because Cornell has irked me for years), but this is, this I would pay to see....

...but only if they play Wood Goblins!

i like the comment by the guy who thinks you can't be in more than one band at a time.

"But he's in Pearl Jam now!"

so?

I often wonder that myself. Criminally underrated player.

I'd love to hear a new band from him.

Bless you and thank you for that link. I spent this morning streaming 'Scream' from Chris Cornell's website, trying to figure out what the hell was going on... this makes me feel so much better.
