New release from Cincinnati rock band Miney Mo

Post by caffiend2049 » Sun Jul 21, 2013 3:11 pm

Tracked / mixed at home in my attic studio. Mastered by Dave Davis @ theallnightparty
We started tracking back in January and hosted our "direct to USB drive" release last night.
In retrospect, there are things I would have approached a little differently - aren't there always? - but I'm pretty pleased overall with the finished product.
feedback is definitely welcome

Just finished an EP with my duo, it's a mix of electronic / pop / experimental, we try to make catchy songs but still keep things interesting musically, and we tried to put a lot of variety into the arrangements. All recorded in my living room "studio" using a Macbook, Reason, and an Mbox.

Neurofuzzy-Freeze

Post by mrvoxius » Mon Dec 30, 2013 1:51 pm

This short project was completed in Oklahoma City, January 2013 with two friends. Paul (guitar) and I (vocals, bass) had living-room jammed the songs into basically complete shape before we brought them to RB (mixing, drums). I think we got a really nice off the cuff but solid sound.
