You're right about the doubling. I pretty much always double my vocals. There's also a little slap back delay on there as well. The mic is a Behringer C-1. It was given to me as a Christmas gift a few years ago, but I love how it sounds on vocals (and only on vocals...!)

We recorded a new EP last month, which you can stream or download at: http://sonnytripp.bandcamp.com/album/shape-up

Again, we used the same setup that I posted before, even though this one is a lot less rocking. Everything was recorded on the 388, mostly all live, and then imported to Cubase where the vocals were added, and everything was mixed.

Enjoying all of the songs on this album! Lovin Grace, especially the bass riff.

yuss

liked the old one downloading the new one

edit.
listened to it

love the production, performances, love the hiss:D like on say something when it gets quiet and the hiss gets noticeable on the right....JUST lovely
good songs just like the older ep, i don't really listen to much "traditionally" song based music but this is really enjoyable
it's simple rock music but doesn't sound like the 90's
god i love to live and see where things are going

love your voice - i strongly advice you to sing on some of my songs or some other forms of collaboration

DIY FTW
