those boards are pretty old at this point you would need to recap and reswitch and maybe even replace pots and faders
I would get a neotek or an allen heath that is not as old like the Saber.
save yourself the headache

Hey Adam

Is the Saber all discrete? the Neotek? {Neoteks are pretty hard to find} and more expensive.

I realize that it would have to be gone over and am prepared to deal with that.

I figure at the end of the renovation I would have a great all discrete board that will sound better than any chip based board...

Maybe a headache depending on what kind of deal I find and what condition.
