This is really good for stage performances where I've set it up for others to use it for. You can have it close to the person's mouth without the character changing, and if it moves a little bit as someone is performing there is no huge difference in proximity effect/gain.
I'm asking $420. It works. It is not new, but it sounds pretty good. You can see me using it for some recordings here. I use it to record an instructional/educational youtube channel.

And compare it to a shitty Shure WH20 dynamic headworn here which sounds like a paper version of the DPA4065. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ymMmi0790AY
I am in Manhattan so if you want to try it out and see what it sounds like in my office on Thiel CS 3.6 speakers before you buy it, you are welcome to, but the only A/D & preamp here is the input to my camcorder.
This has a TA4F connector and pairs great with those cheap shure BLX1 bodypacks.
